Where does the water come from, and is it safe?
It runs through a multi-stage filtration system with reverse osmosis before it is made into ice or dispensed as drinking water. We keep up regular maintenance on the filters and the machine.
Do I need to bring my own water jug?
Yes. Bring a clean 1 or 5 gallon container with a cap.
The machine took my money but didn't give me ice. What now?
Email us at info@2001fmllc.com with the date, time, and how you paid (and the last four digits if you used a card). We'll make it right with a refund or a free-vend coupon.
Can I buy a lot of ice at once?
Yes. For larger orders, parties, or events, email us a day or two ahead so we can make sure the bin is full when you arrive.
Do you offer coupons?
We have single-vend coupons for giveaways, local teams, and community events. Reach out if your group could use some.
